Architectural Working Drawings

Architectural Working Drawings

Once the design development drawings from Stage 2 are finalized, our team will begin creating the architectural working drawings, which are detailed plans that the build team will use to construct the home. We offer all of our Design Services a la Carte, so no matter what stage you want to start with us in the process, we can assist in bringing your dream design to paper.

Stage 3 of the Design Process

In Stage 3 of the Design Process all the details pertaining to construction will be added, including the structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical elements, to create a complete set of drawings that meet the appropriate municipality requirements for building permit submission.

It's important that these working documents are very thorough and include detailed information for the builder to follow precisely. This is integral to ensuring a smooth construction process from start to finish.
