Before we begin the build process, an important initial step is getting to know you and creating a solid design concept. Our design process involves a great deal of collaboration and planning from the outset, including thoughtful residential details to design a home for your infill lot that is both highly functional and beautiful. Choosing your ideal home type and designing a space that matches your needs and requirements starts at this phase.
The concept phase involves meeting with various members of our team, from our designers to our architects to builders to our site supervisors and trade partners. Once a vision and design direction is established, preliminary plans will begin in order to create a guideline for the later stages of construction. Then begins pre-construction, where we prepare for the start of the build! We will develop an order-of-magnitude budget, prepare for demolition, and work on a target construction schedule.
This is where the vertical integration comes in; once the build process begins, our design team will continue to be engaged to streamline the build and ensure a high level of design and detail.
