Nick Kraus is a seasoned site superintendent and has been with Urbis for over 5 years with over a decade of experience building homes. He is also a part of our leadership team as Construction Manager. There is no question that when building custom infill homes, challenges may arise. His invaluable experience in the industry gives our team the ability to solve problems efficiently and to successfully guide the build from initial drawing to final structure! Nick’s integrity and attention to detail ensures that we are holding our trades accountable to execute to the highest standard.

A little bit about Nick; In the summer months he likes spending time at the cabin on the water, and during the winter he enjoys time in the mountains snowboarding and snowmobiling!
