Ryan Baldock

Site Superintendent

Ryan is an experienced site superintendent with a career in construction dating back to 2011 when he started as a framer. He also has an educational background in Millwork and Carpentry which he studied at NAIT. Ryan has over 10 years of experience in homebuilding which started at a production builder and has grown to working in custom residential since 2021. Ryan is very meticulous and treats each build as if it were his own home. What Ryan loves most about Urbis is being a part of an active and involved team who shares a similar passion in our forever-evolving industry. In his spare time, he likes to enjoy the outdoors camping or traveling with friends and family.
