It’s been a busy couple of months for the Urbis team and we have multiple projects on the go in various stages of completion! On top of that, we have some exciting updates to share. Here’s a quick recap of what we have in the works.

Guess Where We’re Building Next?

We don’t just build infill homes in the mature Edmonton neighbourhoods we all know and love. We’re excited to share that we are expanding to bring our unique, custom homes to other communities outside of the Edmonton core! No matter where you are, we can build something custom for you.

Currently, we’re building stunning lake homes just 45 minutes away from the city at Waters Edge, a charming lake community that offers a year-round lifestyle of relaxation and adventure! Follow along to see these beautiful homes come to life.

IDEA 10-Year Anniversary Gala

Our friends at Infill Edmonton: IDEA are celebrating 10 years of infill and urban redevelopment on Friday, June 23 with an anniversary party and gala at the Royal Glenora Club. IDEA has played an integral role in the evolution of infill in our city, and their strategy, Three in 2023, focuses on some ambitious goals they hope to achieve in their 10th year.

Welcome Home!

Possession day is here! We are so happy to be passing over the keys to the proud new owners of the recently completed Riverside Custom. It’s always bittersweet handing a house over to our clients.
