And the best part- it’s a quiet hidden gem, that residents often get all to themselves.

Hello people! We are talking a 5 minute commute to downtown, or a 5 minute drive to the heart of Whyte Avenue (the best of both worlds!) And to top it off, you have direct access to the River Valley. The Strathearn Artwalk, an amazing annual event featuring the works of over 250 artists, is right outside your door! The Edmonton Folk Music Festival is also right in your backyard, just down the hill in the adjacent Cloverdale Community (you can even enjoy the music from your balcony). Also worth mentioning is the annual Flying Canoe Festival that takes place in February in the neighbouring Bonnie Doon community. Take a stroll down the walking path at Strathearn Drive. In 2018, this amazing stretch of bike path and walkway received a fresh coat of asphalt, and it’s now like new! Take in those city views from this breathtaking vantage point, or keep walking and hit up one of our favourite local hotspots! The Red Ox Inn is one of Strathearn’s best kept secrets and the very best of casual fine dining. Juniper Café & Bistro is also positioned in the heart of the community and prides itself on being a local resource of fresh food and great coffee. Want the best fried chicken in the city?
